Welcome to Apartment MS. By accessing or using our multi-tenant apartment management software, web consoles, and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Software as a Service (SaaS) Provision

Apartment MS provides a cloud-based software platform for housing societies, apartment associations, property managers, residents, and security guards. The software is provided on a subscription basis according to selected plan tiers.

2. Account Responsibilities

Super Admins & Society Admins: Responsible for maintaining accurate society profiles, flat allocations, and managing user access privileges.
Credential Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and OTP codes.
Authorized Use: You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse engineer API endpoints, or attempt unauthorized database access across tenant boundaries.

3. Billing & Subscription Fees

SaaS subscription fees for society accounts are billed on a monthly or annual basis as configured in the Super Admin panel. Failure to renew active subscriptions may result in temporary restricted access to society management features.

4. Service Availability (Uptime)

We strive to maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA for all web consoles and REST APIs. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to society administrators in advance whenever possible.

5. Governing Law
