 Apartment MS PTIis a housing society operations, gate security, facility maintenance, and staff attendance platform designed for on-duty security guards, maintenance technicians (electricians, plumbers), and facility staff. The application is provided as a SaaS-based multi-tenant platform.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect information when users:

• Register or log in using staff credentials, employee phone number, or biometric token
• Record daily shift clock-in and clock-out attendance
• Log visitor, delivery, cab, and vehicle entries and exits at society gates
• Capture visitor photographs and vehicle registration license plates at security checkpoints
• Receive, manage, and resolve assigned resident service requests and repair work orders
• Upload before and after verification photos of completed maintenance work
• Access monthly duty rosters, attendance history, and supervisor announcements

Personal Information

The Application may collect personally identifiable information including:

• Full Name
• Phone Number / Mobile Number
• Staff ID / Employee Code
• Department (Security, Electrical, Plumbing, Housekeeping, Facility Management) & Designation
• Assigned Housing Society & Supervisor Information
• Shift Attendance Records, Timestamps, and Geofenced Location (at clock-in/out only)
• Security Gate Operations logs, visitor entries, and gate pass records recorded in the line of duty
• Maintenance Service Work Orders and repair completion photographs

This information is collected through secure mobile authentication and management systems for workplace operations, facility management, and community safety purposes only.

Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform

 Apartment MS PTI operates as a multi-tenant SaaS platform where each housing society receives its own isolated workspace with secure subdomain and society-code access.

Data belonging to each organization is logically separated, securely isolated, and protected against unauthorized access.

Security Gate Operations & Facility Management

The Application allows authorized users to:

• Record daily shift clock-in and clock-out attendance
• Verify visitor identities, capture gate entry details, and dispatch resident notifications
• Scan pre-approved visitor QR gate passes and delivery OTP codes
• Log vehicle entries and enforce authorized society parking rules
• Accept and update assigned plumbing, electrical, and housekeeping work orders
• View monthly attendance calendars, duty rosters, and leave statuses

Location Data & Geofence Verification (Prominent Disclosure)

How Location is Used: When a staff member or security guard taps "Clock In" or "Clock Out", the Application accesses device location (GPS coordinates) strictly at that specific moment to verify that the employee is physically present within the society's authorized geofenced perimeter.

CONTINUOUS TRACKING DISCLOSURE:  Apartment MS PTI does NOT track, record, or monitor your location continuously in the background or during off-duty hours. Location data is queried on-demand strictly when you explicitly trigger the shift attendance action.

Camera & Photo Capture Disclosure

Camera access is requested solely upon explicit user action for operational security and maintenance verification:

• Security Gate Operations: Security personnel capture visitor photos and vehicle license plates at entry gates to generate digital gate passes and notify residents for identity verification.
• Maintenance Task Proof: Maintenance personnel capture "before" and "after" photos of repairs to attach verification evidence upon completing resident service requests.

Operational Activity & Analytics

The Application may collect operational and analytics data such as:

• Shift attendance timestamps and clock-in/clock-out records
• Gate entry, exit, and visitor verification logs
• Maintenance ticket progress, technician assignment, and resolution timestamps
• App performance metrics and supervisor audit logs

Device & Technical Information

The Application may automatically collect:

• IP Address
• Browser Type & Web-View Environment
• Device Information (Manufacturer, Model, Screen Resolution)
• Operating System (Android / iOS)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token for urgent gate alerts and task assignments
• App Usage Data and Diagnostic Logs

Third-Party Services

The Application may use trusted third-party services including:

• Google Play Services
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Cloud Hosting Providers
• SMS & Emergency Alert Delivery APIs

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

All communication is secured using encrypted HTTPS connections, and server databases are protected with strict tenant isolation and role-based permissions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Information may only be shared:

• With the management committee or estate administration of the assigned housing society
• When required by law, subpoena, or official legal proceedings
• For service functionality with trusted infrastructure service providers under confidentiality obligations

User Rights & Account Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

Users may:

• Access their personal information and employment attendance records
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request account deactivation or deletion through their society administration or by emailing support@apartmentms.in or sales@ptiwebtech.com
• Contact support regarding privacy concerns

Upon verification, employee personal profile identifiers will be deleted or archived within 30 days, subject to legitimate employment, wage, and statutory safety record retention requirements.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. All users must be adult employees or authorized personnel.
